I am July 2007 filer, submitted I485, EAD/AP for me and my wife but as of now no LUDs on both I485s. Submitted at NSC but transferred to TSC this is happend at that time only now the case is pending at TSC.
EAD renewed last year got one year only now we have to renew this year again.
Many of my friends and their familes updated LUDs on 485 and even I read many threads in this forum regarding soft LUDs once or twice but mine is nothing... don't know:confused:
I took infopass appointment to know the status of my I 485. They said the case is pending it may take time and also said mail the letter to TSC and ask them what is the status? but she didn't say name check pending etc.., I don't where is stuck my application these I had wait once the processing time comes then they will update but nothing done....
Any one is facing same kind of situation?

Why would an entry on AP not apply here?
also gap in employement when on AOS should not be a problem given GC is for future employment and as long as your employer can give an EVL when required with the necessary info. Right?

this is going to be very subjective. even though there is detail less black in the first one in the nect area i think it "looks" fine. in my opinion there is too much detail less black in the second one, that makes it "look" too dark. also the first one is sooo good there's not much you can do with the second one to bring it to that level. thx, kevin

When the papers are prepared, attorney will send it to the candidate to review and sign it. Dint you find the flaws then? if not, then it is your mistake and the attorney will bill you for sure.
My attorney sent a draft from for me to fill it out. I filled it in and sent it back to him. He filled the original seeing the information from the draft with lots of mistakes. Then he sent the filled original to me. I have to review it again and fix all the errors. Then he corrected it and sent it back to me. Then again I have to review and sign. So the responsibility lies on me and not with Attorney.
My friends lawyer screwed up the application and it was returned. Later on it was filed and got accepted without their help. Now they are billing him and threatening him. What can he do?

We got RFE for my wife case too but it specifically mentioned that in the submitted report it was not cleraly mentioned if the skin test was done and so new medical form with TB Skin test( last time the Doctor just did the x-ray) needs to be submitted

pls quote the exact sentences of your rejection letter here. we need to know a reason for your rejection.
ask your lawyer or find out exactly what they screwed up.
also let us know
- is your lawyer a company lawyer or your lawyer
- what is the status of your company--- big/small/ many h1b/ what about others in your company on LC applications..etc
- did the comapny do ads? do you have the material or copy of everything that was sent?
- is your company making profits. how many employees?
- eb2 or eb3
- has anyone been rejected before in your company?
- how much time do you have on h1b

I think, similar to DOL backlog elimination centers, they will pull all the pending
cases and put them into a new system. The data entry for such an excercise will take 2 years. Afterwards the real processing will start.

How important is it to have a letter from the client for h4 to h1. Though the person has the paystubs till date.
