Yes I am using IE7 and I have the same issue. Even for the 2nd last topic I have to really scroll my mouse all over so I can find the hyperlink.

Good luck
Employer need to demonstrate 'Ability to Pay' from PD till I-140 is approved. Since you've used Nov 2004 labor, I assume that your PD is 'Nov 2004'. In this case your employer has to demonstrate ability to pay for year 2005 (even if you were not employed that time). If they have shown loss in 2005 tax return, chances are that your petition will be declined and only option is MTR and/or AAO.

Just A thought.
It Looks somebody pointed out earlier that Adjudicator need to see Currentness of FBI background check, and for 2004/05 cases it was stale data, hence they reordered the Check. While for 2006, Background check might be current.
So say during September, 2008 VISA Bulletin they move Priority date to 2007, we'll see Lots if 2007 cases Approved.
then why is'nt NSC approving 2006 cases at the rate at which TSC is?
Its not just what year petitions are getting approvals, the two service centers are taking different approaches. That makes a mockery of the visa bulletin. Actually sometime when you talk to IO, they tell you all the receipt numbers including I-140. It happened with me once. I was inquiring about my I-485 receipt notices and the IO started telling me all the cases , I have filed so far. I guess, when they pull informaton based in your DOB and name, they are able to see everything. At this time, you can request them the RN of I-140. There are bright chances that you get the I-140 information.

You should know, Family Based immigration is really the backbone of immigration in current systems, much more people get FB than EB. Also, Employment through CP is really an anormalty in EB, since EB basically requires you to be physically present in this country, so almost bars the possibility of CP. Yes, it is leagal, but not really practical. So, the number of people seeking FB 485 is way much larger than number of people seeking 485 CP.

you know.. I meant to do this a while ago, but lost track of the thought. I have a write up in one of my books, done by Colin Moock, in which he takes his frame rate tester and tests a variety of things to see which effect frame rate and to what degree. I really do think it's worth posting. I'll try to do a small write up on the subject soon.

It seems that all those whose application were sent to TSC, directly or indirectly, are very lucky. TSC has a way to fast-track the processing of applications. It is indeed much more efficient than NSC.

Who are the guys making more than 250K? Why are they stuck in retrogression?
I am assuming that if you are salaried employee and making more than 250K, you should be at executive level qualified for EB1 visa - which is current for all countries.
These folks are most likely doctors...doctors salaries are in that range.

Getting the driver's license is not the problem, I know it will come. Problem here is why I cannot drive outside SC for up to 60 days waiting for the DL card? Remember I've to surrender my old SC license. This is serious limitation to my work, e.g. I need to go to Atlanta on 08/19 and I cannot drive there.
In September I will go to Italy, what if I don�t get my DL till then?

On Checking the SC dmv site and it is interesting to note that non-citizens are not allowed to renew their license online. I guess this is the result of illegal immigration reform thing which is now a part of so many states along with SC. And I think they are running background checks against the legal status of any non-citizen folks. My take would be that you should consider meeting the senator and explaining the issue. They can basically expedite the process so that you wont have to wait for a long time.
